Spencer knows how to talk to customers and explain IT in a way they can understand. Customer service is the secret of BootUp PC’s success, helping it grow and expand over the years. Now, Spencer is creating a team of young, employees who share his passion for stress-free IT with a focus on customer service excellence.
Chris started as an Apprentice IT Engineer in 2012 and quickly developed to become our first full-time, paid member of staff. Several years later, and now Chris has a wide range of technical skills and knowledge, combined with his natural intelligence to make him a central part of BootUp PC.

Kyle joined BootUp PC as an Apprentice IT Engineer in 2013 and recently completed his apprenticeship. Over those two years, he has become a key member of the team, developing his professional and technical skills and giving us more scope to grow as a business.
